How we price bot builds

Boutique Studio charges for deliverables, not hours. Each plan below covers a defined scope: a working bot, documented source code, a backtest report, and the integration and monitoring layers appropriate to the tier. There are no monthly retainers after handover unless you opt into our ongoing support add-on. All prices are fixed-scope; if requirements expand beyond what is scoped at sign-off, we agree a change order before work continues. Prices below are one-time project fees quoted in Romanian Leu (RON). Payment is split: 50% at project start, 50% at delivery.

Are these prices in RON including VAT?

The prices shown are net amounts in Romanian Leu (RON). Applicable taxes will be itemized separately on your invoice according to Romanian fiscal regulations.

Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?

Yes. If your needs grow, we scope an upgrade engagement separately. The work already done is not redone from scratch — we build on your existing codebase and extend it.

What is not included in any plan?

We do not provide trading signals, strategy ideas, capital management, or brokerage services. The bot is a tool that runs your strategy — you are responsible for the strategy itself and all trading decisions.

Do you offer a payment plan?

For Professional and Studio tiers we can split payment into three milestones: strategy specification sign-off, staging deployment, and final delivery. Ask us when you enquire.
